A Welcome Message from Karen S. Baldwin

Welcome and thank you for visiting my website.  This website was designed with you in mind.  The site offers me an additional way to provide helpful information that will allow my clients to make more informed decisions.  I genuinely hope that you will discover more about my practice and learn about useful information that will answer questions you might have about various legal issues.

I provide quality estate planning services to clients throughout Kauai and represent mainland clients who require local counsel.  My practice is limited to wills, trusts, probate and asset management, that’s all I do.  I bring over thirty years of experience representing individuals, partnerships, corporations and governmental entities to my practice.  I am licensed to practice law in Colorado, New Mexico, and California as well as Hawaii.
